RSSMixer allows visitors to combine multiple, public RSS news or blog feeds into single one. The new combined RSS feed is available as an HTML page, Web or Apple Widget, or as iPhone formated Web page. This Web application is intended for personal/private use.

Non-commerical Use

This Web application is intended for personal/private use. It may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically approved by Ideum. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of RSS Mixer services is prohibited. RSS Mixer retains the right to remove any materials it deems inappropriate without notice.

Advertising

While the site currently has no advertising, RSS Mixer retains to the right to include advertising on any pages generated from mixes or feeds contributed by visitors. This applies to all content served from RSSMixer.com.

Privacy

We respect our visitors privacy. We do not collect personal identifying information. However we do collect non-personally identifying information to populate or Web statistics program, to better understand how visitors use the site.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision will be deemed severable from the remainder of this Agreement and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement.
